When we grow developmentally we change the cognitive structure of our brains, helping to broaden our self-identity, making us more adaptable, creative and increasing our ability to see multiple perspectives.
I take a holistic, solution focused, evidence-based approach to improve performance and wellbeing. And that’s because I believe that true growth and behaviour change can only occur when coaching addresses both. Together we can identify your strengths, values, what matters most to you, as well as challenging any unhelpful beliefs or assumptions that might be holding you back.
