A little more about me

I’m passionate about working with emerging or established female leaders so that they can realise their full potential at work and beyond. After all we bring the whole of ourselves to work.

I have long believed there is too much wasted potential in the workplace. If one-third of our lives is spent at work, these should be places of positivity and fulfilment. My mission is to help leaders and teams more fully bring their true selves to work.

A developmental approach

Not all leadership coaching is created equal. While performance coaching is often narrow in focus, developmental coaching tackles the whole person, increasing your capacity to embrace complexity and challenge with more creativity.
